Depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD & trauma, OCD, panic disorder, insomnia, mood instability, alcohol use disorder, stress & burnout—these are just a few of the issues that our mental health support and wellness services address. We are able to see any patient who is in the state of Wisconsin.

Children under the age of 6 require specific mental health support. Immediate assistance is necessary for those with active suicidal intent requiring emergency stabilization, acute psychosis with safety risks, or inpatient level detox needs. Forensic or court-mandated evaluations are also included in our wellness services. Additionally, patients requiring intensive outpatient levels of care should seek formal counseling or therapy only. Please note that if the patient is not in the state of Wisconsin, Medicaid patients are not eligible, and Medicare patients must sign a declination form.
